The Robo-One that comes in first place will win 700,000 Yen (about $6,055 USD)!

The theme for Robo-One 11 will be Jump Rope. This means that you will get extra points if your bot Jump Ropes. Most of the robots in the top 25 complete this.

Some of the competitors are going to be:

Yokozuna Great (also known as: Yokozuna Bot) with Dr. GIY

Dainamaizar with the Sugiura family

Metallic Fighter with Morinaga Eiichiro

Rooks Pawn with Matt and Jen Bauer from the US will not be going because of some stuff that came up…

On March 2nd all the entries had to be in. So on the 3rd there was a total of 186 robot signed up. Out of those there will probably only be 150 competing.

Robots Dreams is calling the it: “The Most Exciting Robot Event Ever!”.
